T-shirt print placement, collar rib, GSM, and consolidation checks
Last category review: June 9, 2026
T-shirts can be easy add-ons, but low unit price creates a different risk: buyers may over-order rows with vague sizing, weak fabric notes, or poor print evidence. This hub keeps the check focused on fit, graphic placement, and whether many small pieces still make sense after fees and shipping.
Seller-row checks unique to T-shirts
The live page should show the print method, size chart, available colors, and whether the same front and back graphics still match the spreadsheet row.
- Confirm shoulder, chest, length, and sleeve measurements instead of relying on S, M, L, or oversized labels.
- Look for GSM, cotton blend, wash note, print type, blank quality, and whether the seller shows closeups.
- Check if the row is a single shirt, multi-pack, preorder, or limited color listing before submitting the link.
QC evidence to inspect
T-shirt QC should focus on print placement, collar rib, shoulder seams, product label detail, stains, and whether front/back alignment is acceptable.
- Ask for an unfolded photo when the default QC shot hides the graphic or collar.
- Compare collar shape, sleeve length, and print centering against seller photos before approving the item.
- Pause if warehouse photos show obvious print skew, color mismatch, loose threads, or stains.
Small-item parcel planning
Light parcel consolidation is the advantage of T-shirts, but multiple low-price shirts can still become poor value after service fees and international shipping are added.
- Group T-shirts with other light apparel when route minimums make a single item inefficient.
- Check the fee guide when a very low item price is offset by domestic shipping or service costs.
- Avoid adding extra shirts just to fill a parcel if the fit or print evidence is weak.
When to pause the order
Pause when the seller page lacks a size chart, QC photos hide the print, the collar looks stretched, or the fabric note is too vague for the price you will pay after shipping.
- Request a measurement or unfolded photo before the return window closes.
- Use the beginner mistakes guide if the row is being added only because it is cheap.
- Keep screenshots of color selection, size chart, QC photo notes, and consolidation quote.
