Seller-row checks unique to accessories
A small accessory can become a poor order if dimensions, hardware, included parts, or material finish are unclear. The live page should answer those details before the row is submitted.
- Confirm dimensions, material, hardware finish, color, strap length, buckle, clasp, zipper, or strap details.
- Check whether the listing includes boxes, dust bags, charms, spare parts, or batteries when those details matter.
- Watch for seller restrictions, preorder notes, fragile materials, or unclear photos.
QC evidence to inspect
Accessory QC should include closeups because scratches, missing hardware, seams and construction gaps, glue marks, and finish differences can be invisible in distant photos.
- Request closeups for buckles, clasps, zipper teeth, logo plates, straps, seams and construction, and included parts.
- Compare dimensions and material texture against seller photos before approving a small but high-detail item.
- Pause if packaging is crushed, a part is missing, or the hardware finish looks different from the listing.
Consolidation and packaging
Small-item consolidation is useful when accessories fill unused parcel space, but fragile or scratch-prone pieces may need protection that changes the economics.
